Information stored locally
When a local user creates an account, the API stores the email address and a password hash. Project configuration, hashed API keys, request metadata, budget settings, provider connection metadata, encrypted provider credentials, and contact form submissions are stored in the local SQLite database.
Request content
The gateway records operational metadata and does not store prompt or completion text by default. The local deterministic demo may display simulated responses. Configuring an external AI provider sends request content to that provider under its own terms.
Cookies and security
The local app uses an HttpOnly session cookie for dashboard authentication. API keys and provider credentials should not be included in browser code. Local secret material is generated for development; production secret management is not configured.
Retention and deletion
Data remains in the local database until the operator removes it. A full account export, deletion workflow, retention schedule, and production privacy process are not yet implemented.
